Background
Encode was formed from the design and development division of CyberOne Pty Ltd, an Australian Internet service company operating since 1995, and the staff and resources of Maven Online Media, a specialist web development and database integration company.
As both CyberOne Design and Maven, the team earned and retained a reputation as a creative and innovative development and integration team, picking up a range of awards including an Edward De Bono award for Innovation in Education and an Australian Government Technology Productivity Award for innovative and appropriate use of Internet technology. Since then we have continued to develop our client portfolio.
Despite an enviable portfolio of clients and proven track record, we’re a small business and we’re not ashamed to admit it. Being smaller means that we can be flexible and gives us the ability to deliver projects quickly and to dedicate attention to our clients’ objectives. We are big enough and have the experience enough to satisfy complex client requirements, while small enough to actually care about the outcome. We have the in-house skills and experience to undertake all aspects of site development, design and implementation.
